Sophie Girault
Founder and CEO
Convinced that successful mobility depends on human interaction and support, Sophie created Sofime in 2008. Visionary and unifying, she leads the Sofime team and oversees all national and international mobility support.

Agathe Juret
Associate Director
Agathe joined Sofime in 2017. A partner since 2019, she leads the team alongside Sophie and coordinates immigration and relocation cases. Meticulous and forward-thinking, she brings a spirit of modernization and consistency to all processes on a daily basis.

A lawyer by training, she joined Sofime in 2022 after working in an immigration firm. Her legal precision and attention to detail ensure the compliance and smooth handling of every case.

Relocation Manager
After studying in the UK and gaining 2 years of experience in a real estate agency, Laury joined Sofime in 2023. With empathy and efficiency, she supports families and employees throughout their relocation.
