To collect your residence permit from your local prefecture, you must provide a fiscal stamp.
This process is carried out via the following website: https://timbres.impots.gouv.fr/
You will then find all the steps to purchase this stamp below.
Step 1
Click on "Débuter l'achat" (Start purchase)
Step 2
Select the first option marked "Titre pour étranger" (Residence permit for foreign nationals)
Step 3
Select the category "Titre pour étrangers" (Residence permit for foreign nationals)
Step 4
Enter the amount for the stamp.
This amount will be provided by the prefecture in the SMS notification informing you that your residence permit is ready for collection. You can also refer to your notice of favorable decision for any procedures carried out via ANEF. If in doubt, please contact us.
Step 5
Confirm the amount entered and click on "Ajouter au panier" (Add to cart)
Step 6
Enter your personal email address or your phone number.
Step 7
Proceed to pay for the stamp.
Once payment is complete, you will receive the fiscal stamp and proof of payment almost instantly at the email address provided in Step 6.
