To collect your residence permit from your competent préfecture, you must have a fiscal stamp.
This can be done via the following website: https://timbres.impots.gouv.fr/
Below, you will find all the steps to purchase this stamp.
Step 1
Click on "Débuter l'achat" (Start the purchase)
Step 2
Select the first option "Titre pour étranger" (Permit for foreigner)
Step 3
Select the category "Titre pour étrangers" (Permit for foreigners)
Step 4
Indicate the amount of the stamp.
This amount will be communicated to you by the préfecture in the SMS notifying you that you can collect your residence permit. You can also refer to your favorable decision certificate for procedures that may have been carried out on ANEF. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
Step 5
Validate the indicated amount and click on "Ajouter au panier" (Add to cart)
Step 6
Enter your personal email or phone number.
Step 7
Proceed with the payment for the stamp.
Once the payment is made, you will receive the fiscal stamp and proof of payment almost instantly to the email address provided in Step 6.
