Here is our guide to help you purchase an e-photo for your administrative procedures.
STEP 1
Click below to download the app (available on iPhone and iOS):
STEP 2
Click on "Prendre une photo"
STEP 3
Choose "France" as the country for which you need a photo.
STEP 4
Select the type of document for which the photo is to be taken.
If it's for a residence permit, click on "Titre de séjour code ePhoto" (Residence permit ePhoto code). If it's for your child(ren), click on "DCEM code ePhoto" (Minor's travel document ePhoto code).
STEP 5
Select "Commande standard" then "Prendre une photo"
If you are satisfied with the photo taken, click "Continuer la commande" If you are not satisfied with the photo, click "Prendre une autre photo"
STEP 6
Sign with your finger inside the frame, and click "Valider"
STEP 7
Enter your email.
STEP 8
If you do not need a printed version, click "Ignorer l'impression"
STEP 9
Your e-photo is ready to be sent, click "Pay par carte bancaire"
